Вrecipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr canned beets with juice
  • 3 pinches of spice mix for pickling vegetables
  • 12 eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Art. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Art. water

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix sugar, salt, vinegar, water, 1 tbsp. beetroot juice spices and boil for 15 minutes. Add red beets to mixture. Pour into boiled, peeled eggs. Cool overnight. Cut the eggs into halves before serving.
