Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr canned beets with juice
- 3 pinches of spice mix for pickling vegetables
- 12 eggs, boiled and peeled
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 Art. cider vinegar
- 1/4 Art. water

Recipe preparation:
- Mix sugar, salt, vinegar, water, 1 tbsp. beetroot juice spices and boil for 15 minutes. Add red beets to mixture. Pour into boiled, peeled eggs. Cool overnight. Cut the eggs into halves before serving.
