Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 large apples (red and yellow), peeled and core and chopped
- 4 chopped figs
- A handful of chopped dates
- 1/3 Art. chopped walnuts
- 1/3 Art. chopped almonds
- 1/3 Art. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 4 crushed cardamom fruits
- 3 tbsp. l honey
- 1/4 – 1/3 Art. kosher red wine for Passover holiday
