Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 large apples (red and yellow), peeled and core and chopped
  • 4 chopped figs
  • A handful of chopped dates
  • 1/3 Art. chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 Art. chopped almonds
  • 1/3 Art. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 crushed cardamom fruits
  • 3 tbsp. l honey
  • 1/4 – 1/3 Art. kosher red wine for Passover holiday
