Dumplings on skewers

The recipes use volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l canned pesto sauce
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 700 gr. tortellini dumplings with spinach and cheese, cooked and chilled
  • 1 liter cherry tomato
  • 350 gr diced mozzarella
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine the olive oil, pesto and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. On wooden skewers or skewers, put 1 tortellini, 1 cherry tomato and 1 cube of mozzarella. Put the skewers on the dish and sprinkle lightly with salad dressing.
  3. Serve the snack immediately or keep in the refrigerator until filing. Sprinkle parsley dumplings on skewers before serving table.
