For strawberries:
- 2 l fresh strawberries without stalks
- Serving Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/3 Art. honey
- 1.5 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp. l chilled unsalted butter, chopped pieces of 1.2 cm.
- 3/4 Art. cold buttermilk or any non-fat sour milk a drink

Recipe preparation:
- Make cookies: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add butter and grind the resulting mixture with your fingers to the state of a large crumb with pieces pea-sized oils. Add buttermilk and knead thick dough with using a wooden spoon. Put 6 slides from the dough onto a baking sheet a distance of 2.5 cm from each other. Bake 25 minutes until golden colors. The dough should rise a little. Take the pan out of the oven and let the liver cool for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook strawberries: in a pan over medium heat mix strawberries and honey. Loosely cover and cook 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the strawberries are soft.
- Arrange strawberries in portioned bowls, leaving a little received juice. Then put 1 warm liver and spoon ice cream. Sprinkle strawberry juice on top.
