Dessert “Mango Float”

Amazing Filipino puff dessert, which is prepared very simple, quick and does not require baking. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. fat cream
  • 400 gr. condensed milk with sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp. chopped graham crackers (pack 270 gr.)
  • 3 ripe diced mangoes
  • Special equipment: square baking dish 20 cm in size.

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until the mass doubles in volume, about 4 minutes.
  2. Lay out incomplete 2 tbsp. cream on the bottom of a square shape and evenly distribute, sprinkle on top of 0.5 tbsp. shredded Graham crackers and lay out a third of the mango. Continue to alternate layers so that you get 9 layers of mango at the very top. Put in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
