Cupcakes “Tulips”

Simple vanilla muffins with improvised means and glazes adorned with charming tulips. As a glaze melted melting sweets are used. The mass is applied to the back of plastic spoons, freezes and turns into beautiful petals. To create them, use in addition to pink the glaze is a little white so that the flowers look as much as possible realistic. Photo Cupcakes Time:45 minutes Difficulty: medium Amount: 12 cupcakes In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. white melting candy candy melts
  • 1 bag (340 g.) Pink melting candies Candy Melts
  • 0.5 tbsp. vanilla glaze
  • Yellow food coloring
  • 12 cupcakes in vanilla butter icing
  • Yellow and black licorice sticks (from a packet of a mixture of licorice candy)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Melt the white and pink chocolate separately. Lay on cutting board 12 plastic spoons face down. Put the white mass in a sealed plastic bag, cut off corner and draw short lines at the tip of each spoon.
  2. Dip the back of each spoon into a pink mass to to cover them; put in the freezer for about 5 minutes, to freeze the icing. Carefully remove the petals and on the same spoons do more. You will need 6-8 petals per cupcake.
  3. Tint with yellow food coloring 0.5 tbsp. vanilla glaze. Drop a small amount of yellow glaze in the center of each cupcake, then insert licorice sticks. Around each arrange the pink petals.
