  • 2 tbsp. premium flour

  • 350 gr diced butter and chilled
  • 110 gr. chilled cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. caramel sauce dolce de leche

Topping

  • Chopped cashew nuts
  • Glaze
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Confectionery sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
