Crunchy Italian crostini sandwiches – the perfect snack for home parties. Everyone loves them, they combine bright tastes, contrasting textures and spectacular presentation. Cook crostini with mint mashed green peas and pieces of prosciutto. You can make pea puree in advance and store in the refrigerator. BUT mix it with whipped cream immediately before serving, so that the mashed potatoes acquire an airy texture, lay it out on baguette slices fried and grated with garlic and garnish with slices ветчины. Recipe preparation:
