Crispy Chocolate Bars with Nuts

Marshmallow marshmallows can be found in almost any store today. In many coffee houses, these small cylinders have become integral part for a mug of hot cocoa, and from American films we we know for sure that they can be fried at the stake. But is that all? Of course not, because American cuisine loves versatility in products and these once-unusual marshmallows are used in many desserts as an ingredient. Thanks to gelatin, you can melt and shape them into bars mixing with others products, such as chocolate paste. Dessert turns out воздушным и необычным. Photo Crispy Chocolate Bars with Nuts Time: 50 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 12 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 tbsp. air rice (dry breakfast)
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Salted butter, and optionally to lubricate the mold
  • 300 gr large marshmallows
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 Art. Nutella Chocolate Nut Paste
  • 150 gr. dark chocolate
  • 1.5 tbsp. little marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp. chopped pecans

Recipe preparation:

  1. Thoroughly grease the mold 23 cm * 28 cm with butter.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the creamy butter. Add large marshmallows and salt and mix until the marshmallows does not melt. In the middle of the process, add the chocolate nut paste and mix until smooth.
  3. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath to the consistency has become smooth. Remove from heat and give a little cool off.
  4. Pour air rice into a large bowl and add the mixture there. marshmallows and chocolate paste. When they practically mix add little marshmallows and continue to distribute the mass until everything does not mix together.
  5. Spread the mixture immediately in prepared form, pushing it to the bottom. Sprinkle with half pecans. Zigzag pour chocolate over the entire surface of the treat. Sprinkle on top the remaining pecans. Let harden and then chop squares.
