Creamy dip sauce with corn

  • 2 tbsp. frozen corn kernels
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Art. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan
  • Thin slices of toasted bread, baguette toasts or cut celery stalks for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp. l olive oil in a medium pan on moderately low heat. Add onion and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cook until softness and appearance of brown color (approximately 4 minutes). Pour in corn and fry, stirring until it warms up and starts to turn golden (about 3 minutes). Add the remaining 1 tbsp. l oils and garlic. Cook until flavor (approximately 2 minutes). Set aside 1/2 tbsp separately. the resulting vegetable mixtures. Place the rest in a food processor, pour 1/4 tbsp. water and whisk until the mass becomes almost creamy, acquiring a light texture.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, parmesan, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add chopped in the kitchen harvester vegetables and previously set aside mixture. Shuffle.
