Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 liter strawberries, cut large berries into four parts
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l red wine “Marsala”
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- A pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:
- Mix strawberries and 1 tbsp in a bowl. l Sahara.
- Mix egg yolks, egg white in a heat-resistant bowl, sugar, wine, vanilla powder and a pinch of salt. Place a bowl on a pot of boiling water, preventing the water from touching the bottom of the bowl, and vigorously whisking, heating, until the cream thickens, in for 8 to 10 minutes
- Arrange the strawberries in a bowl and pour the Sabayon cream. Serve with Italian biscotti cookies.
