  • 220 gr butter at room temperature

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream

  • 5 tbsp. l (75 gr.) Butter at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar and optionally, if necessary
  • 1 tbsp. l malt milk powder
  • 2 tbsp. l whole milk and optionally, if necessary
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. Make cookies: mix in a medium-sized bowl flour, malt milk powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. Grind oatmeal and almonds in the kitchen combine into large crumbs and set aside.
  2. Beat butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed into a light and lush mass, it will take about 3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time then vanilla. Slow down mixer speed to low; add milk and vanilla, whisk to only mix. Increase speed to high and whisk until mixture won’t become airy and lush for at least 5 minutes.
