In a stewpan combine 350 gr. Cranberries with 6 clementines, sorted on slices, 1/2 tbsp. orange juice and cranberry juice, 3/4 Art. sugar, 1 stick of cinnamon and 1 star anise star. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. dried cranberries and simmer another 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
