Make a cranberry relish that does not require boiling. Simply mix cranberries, pears and oranges with sugar and serve. - A pinch of coarse salt
- 3 tbsp. l toasted and chopped pecans

Recipe preparation:
- Wash and dry the orange. Cut it along with the peel into thin slices and put in a food processor. Add cranberries, pear, sugar and salt. Grind to make a mass with in small pieces.
- Put the sauce in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Relish can be stored for 2 days. Before serving sprinkle with pecans and mix all the ingredients.
