Cranberry Relish with Pear and Orange

Make a cranberry relish that does not require boiling. Simply mix cranberries, pears and oranges with sugar and serve.   • 350 gr cranberries
  • 1 pear, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 tbsp. brown sugar
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • 3 tbsp. l toasted and chopped pecans

Recipe preparation:

  1. Wash and dry the orange. Cut it along with the peel into thin slices and put in a food processor. Add cranberries, pear, sugar and salt. Grind to make a mass with in small pieces.
  2. Put the sauce in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Relish can be stored for 2 days. Before serving sprinkle with pecans and mix all the ingredients.
