Cranberry Pork Sauce

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 400 gr. Canned Cranberry Sauce, Chilled
  • 1 tbsp. l maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. l port wine
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme, plus 1 sprig, for decoration
  • Zest 1/2 orange plus juice 1 orange
