Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large stewpan, bring cranberries, sugar, mashed potatoes to a boil passion fruit and water. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer until until the cranberries burst and the sauce becomes thick, from 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate. Cover plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator until serving. Bring the sauce to room temperature before serving. 6 tbsp.
