Tasty and fragrant mulled wine not only warms well in winter, but and can pleasantly refresh in the summer heat, if cooked from it sorbet. Cook mulled wine on red wine with the addition of aromatic spices, fresh cranberries and orange, strain and rub the cranberries, so that part of its pureed pulp gets into dessert. For freezing sorbet will need an ice cream maker. The treat is very light dietary and filled with great tastes and spicy 18 flavors. Excessive drinking harms your health! - 4 tbsp. fresh cranberries
- 2.5 tbsp. red wine
- 4 peas of allspice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole cloves
- Juice and stripped zest 1 orange
- 1 vanilla pod

Recipe preparation:
- Mix cranberries, red wine, 2.5 tbsp. In a saucepan. water, allspice, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, orange zest, orange juice and vanilla pod. Cook over medium heat in within 20-30 minutes. Cranberries will become very soft and fluid evaporated by about 20%.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve fine enough to collect spices, gently pressing cranberries to extract part of its pulp. Put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool, and then cook sorbet in an ice cream maker.
