  • 2 tbsp. l light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive saucepan (stainless steel) and bring to a boil. Reduce the fire and put out stirring occasionally for 30-45 minutes or until fluid will not be reduced by half.
  2. Puree thoroughly with a dip blender or stationary blender until smooth. Adjust the taste and serve the sauce in small frames (small heat-resistant ceramic mold, which is used for cooking and serving portioned dishes).
