Cranberry dip sauce with apple – a detailed recipe cooking. Time: 30 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 350 gr fresh cranberries, peeled
- 1 and 3/4 Art. Sahara
- 1 green apple Granny Smith, peel and chop
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Recipe preparation:
- Cook cranberries with sugar and 1 tbsp. water in a pan on slow fire for about 5 minutes, until the berries burst.
- Add apple, zest and citrus juice and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat, refrigerate and serve. Exit: 2.5 tbsp.
