Cranberry Cocktail “Cyrus Royal”

Cook sugar cranberry and orange syrup, pour it into glasses and add chilled champagne on top. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. frozen cranberries + 0.5 tbsp. for filing
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. l orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 bottle of champagne

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put cranberries, orange juice, zest and sugar in a large pan, put on medium heat and cook until berries burst a little and the liquid will not become syrupy, 12-15 minutes. * Pour into a blender and chop. Be careful, working with hot liquid in the blender, open its lid and cover with a towel.
  2. Strain and discard the remaining berries and leave the syrup cool down.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp. l cranberry and orange syrup to the bottom 4 glasses for champagne. Add a few cranberries and carefully pour champagne into each glass.
