Recipe preparation:
- Boil water with sugar in a large saucepan. Add cranberries and bring to a boil again, then reduce the heat. Add apples walnuts, raisins, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juices, cinnamon and nutmeg, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the pan from fire and let the sauce cool.
