  • 450 gr fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp. chopped apples
  • 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/4 Art. Grand Marnier liquor
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil water with sugar in a large saucepan. Add cranberries and bring to a boil again, then reduce the heat. Add apples walnuts, raisins, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juices, cinnamon and nutmeg, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the pan from fire and let the sauce cool.
  2. Serve in a sauceboat with turkey or any holiday the dish. Exit: 4-5 tbsp.
