Cranberry Apple Ginger Chutney Sauce

  • 5 cm. Ginger root, peeled and finely grated
  • 0.5 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. water

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until soft for 30 minutes. Chutney should decline in volume and thicken. Cool the sauce thoroughly before serving.
