Cranberry, Apple, and Walnut Jam

Вrecipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 350 gr fresh cranberries washed
  • 1 and 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1 green apple, peel and core and chop pieces
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 Art. raisins
  • 3/4 Art. chopped walnuts or pecans

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil cranberries with sugar and 1 tbsp. water in a stewpan on simmer for about 5 minutes or until peel berries does not burst. Add apple, zest and citrus juice and cook another 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add raisins and nuts. Let it cool cranberry jam and serve chilled. Exit: 4 Art.
