- 350 gr fresh cranberries washed
- 1 and 3/4 Art. Sahara
- 1 green apple, peel and core and chop pieces
- Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 Art. raisins
- 3/4 Art. chopped walnuts or pecans

Recipe preparation:
- Boil cranberries with sugar and 1 tbsp. water in a stewpan on simmer for about 5 minutes or until peel berries does not burst. Add apple, zest and citrus juice and cook another 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add raisins and nuts. Let it cool cranberry jam and serve chilled. Exit: 4 Art.
