  • Honey to sprinkle

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix the muffin mix, milk and eggs until you get homogeneous mass.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat. Add 0.5 cm. Olive oil and heat until it starts to flicker. Working in parties put the dough with a teaspoon in oil to make small fritters with a diameter of about 4 cm. Fry until on the surface of the fritters bubbles will not appear, and from below they should be browned, 1-2 minutes. Turn over and fry for about 1 minute.
  3. Decorate each ricotta fritters and half grapes on top. Sprinkle with honey and serve warm.
