Cookies with Coconut and Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 pack (500 g) of sugar mix cookies
  • 1 egg
  • 110 g melted butter
  • 3/4 Art. sweet coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 tbsp. broken white chocolate for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the oven to 190C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except white chocolate. Knead until soft.
  3. Put the dough with a tablespoon of greased a baking sheet. Bake for 15-16 minutes. to golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 1 min.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 sec. mixing after each shutdown. Garnish cookies, drops or strips of chocolate.
