Recipe:
- 500 ml whole milk
- 480 gr Sahara
In a medium pan with a thick bottom, mix milk and sugar. Place on a stove and bring to a boil. Turn down fire, and cook, gently stirring, so that the sugar dissolves, the mixture will become viscous, and will drip from the spoon with a thin stream. Continue cooking until light brown, about 25-35 minutes. Pour into a bowl or jar, refrigerate, and refrigerate until use in sweet recipes. Recipes with similar ingredients: milk, cream dolce de leche
