Coffee granite

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. strong, hot brewed coffee, plain or plain caffeine
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 2 tsp coffee liquor such as Tia Maria
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanillin to taste

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix coffee, sugar, coffee liqueur and vanilla and mix, until sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into a mold measuring 23×33 cm. Put in the freezer for an hour, and hold until the edges of the mixture begin to harden. Stir the mixture with a fork every 30 minutes, so that it does not harden into a homogeneous mass, the mixture should be looks like snow. Wrap the mold in foil and can hold up to 2 hours in the refrigerator, before serving.
  2. Arrange granite in a bowl or martini glasses, decorate a spoon of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
