Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 liter non-alcoholic apple cider (not pasteurized Apple juice)
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- Fresh Ginger Root (Crush)
- 3 buds of cloves
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 solid red apple, for example, varieties Rome, Breburn, Fuji or Gala (wash, core and cut into cubes)
- 1 solid green apple, e.g. Granny Smith varieties (wash, remove the core and cut into cubes)
- Juice 2 lemons
- 1/4 Art. granulated sugar
- 1 bottle of any dry sparkling wine (e.g. Cava)

Recipe preparation:
- Pour cider into a medium-sized pot, add chopsticks cinnamon, fresh ginger, cloves and nutmeg and put on medium fire. Mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce the fire. Boil in half and try if there are enough spices. Give cool off. Put apples in a large bowl, add lemon juice and sugar. Stir and add to cider. Put in the refrigerator. Before serving, pour cider and put apples in glasses for champagne (about half) and add sparkling wine. Stir and serve the cocktail.
