Cocktail “Pina Colada”

The famous tropical cocktail “Pina Colada”, which is translated from Spanish means “strained pineapple” has become a national Puerto Rico drink, where it was coined. Originally Pina colada “called freshly squeezed and strained pineapple juice and only later rum and coconut milk or cream were added to it. Share with friends: Photo CocktailTime: 5 minutes Difficulty: easy Quantity: 2 cocktails In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 0.5 tbsp. diced pineapple, frozen
  • 60 ml. pineapple juice
  • 60 ml. coconut cream
  • 45 ml white rum
  • 30 ml dark rum
  • 1.5 tbsp. ice
  • Pineapple wedges

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put ice, frozen pineapple pieces in a blender, pour juice, coconut cream, white and dark rum and grind everything until homogeneous snow mass.
  2. Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish with pineapple slices.
