Cocktail “Pamper Me With Pears”

The sweetness of pears and spice are perfectly balanced in this cocktail. Spanish Liqueur 43, bitterness of bitterness and fruit tartness of liquor Southern Comfort based on whiskey.   • 60 ml. pear nectar
  • 1 tbsp. l Spanish Herbal Liqueur (Recommended: Licor 43)
  • 2 drops of bitter Pisho
  • Ice
  • Thinly sliced small pear, e.g. Secel

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or small jug with ice. Add whiskey, pear nectar, liquor 43 and bitter. Cover shake the lid and shake vigorously until completely mixed and cooled, approximately 30 seconds (the drink will be ready when the shaker will fog up).
  2. Strain the cocktail in a chilled glass. Garnish with a pear and serve.
