This drink differs from the famous Tequila Sunrise cocktail only that instead of tequila, her “older brother” Mezcal, which has a more pronounced aroma and taste. Rest the ingredients are the same as in the classic version: orange juice and grenadine. Grenadine poured into glasses last, to create the same color gradation resembling a sunny sunrise, thanks to which the drink got its name sunrise (eng. sunrise – sunrise).
