Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 15 limes) + serving wedges
- 1 tbsp. tequila blanco, or to taste
- 0.5 tbsp. Cointreau
- 0.5 tbsp. sugar syrup, or to taste
- Coarse salt, for the rim
- 1 bottle (750 ml.) Chilled prosecco

Recipe preparation:
- Mix lime juice, tequila, Cointreau and sugar syrup in a jug. Mix well.
- On a shallow plate, spread a layer of salt. Moisten the bezel glasses with a wedge of lime and dip in salt. Scroll the glass to completely cover the wet part of the rim. Repeat the same decorating the remaining glasses.
- Fill the glasses with ice and then fill them half with the mixture. tequila and lime. Add prosecco to each serving, decorate slices of lime and serve. Simple sugar syrup: mix equal parts of sugar and water and heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.
