- A pinch of ground cloves
- 1 egg white
- Cinnamon stick
- Candied ginger

Recipe preparation:
- Pour some ginger beer in a saucer to dip a glass martini and moisten its rim. Then dip the rim of the glass in the saucer with crushed cookies. Collect ice into the shaker. Pour into a shaker ginger juice, rum and cinnamon schnapps. Add a pinch with ground carnations. Separate the egg yolk from the protein and add the protein to shaker.
