- 1 tbsp. premium flour
- 1/3 Art. almond flour
- 1/3 Art. sugar, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp. l chilled butter, cut into cubes
- 1 egg of category CO
- 1/2 tbsp. fat cream
- 3 tbsp. l chopped almonds

Recipe preparation:
- Make the filling: Combine grapes, flour, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl. Shake to cover grapes.
- Make the dough: mix wheat flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir oil with the dough with your hands until it looks like a coarse mixture with pea sized butter. Lightly beat the egg and greasy cream in a small bowl; add them to the mixture with flour and mix several times until a sticky dough forms.
- Preheat oven to 190ºC. Spread the filling in square baking dish with a side of 20 cm. Put the grapes and spoon spread on top of the dough, leaving a small space between grapes. Sprinkle the mixture with sugar and almonds.
- Bake until the dough turns golden brown and swells, and the filling will begin to boil, from 40 to 50 minutes. Chill on at least 30 min. before serving. Blackberry cobler recipe under a cap of dough.
