  1. Dissolve sugar in a turk, stirring constantly, until get syrup.
  2. When the syrup is ready, pour coffee powder into the Turk and pour water. Remove from heat when foam appears and leave Turku on 2-3 minutes to brew coffee. Then you can pour into a cup.
  3. If desired, pre-dissolve in a separate container use some caramel for decoration.
