This is a traditional side dish that can be prepared in just five ordinary ingredients.   • 1 liter fat cream
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, boil the potatoes until soft, drain liquid. Mash potato masher, trying not to leave lumps. Gradually add butter and cream to get mashed potatoes of the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste and serve by sprinkling with chopped chives. Tip: By at the end of cooking, you can add any seasoning!
