S’more – a dessert traditionally prepared around a fire, popular in USA and Canada, where we love both children and adults. About how much delicious treat, the name itself, which is abbreviated, already says variant of the phrase “a little more” in English. Classical the recipe is a combination of melted chocolate with a viscous fried marshmallow and graham cracker. However, nothing is stopping make a little variety. - 8 plates of honey cookies from coarse flour (cracker Graham)

- 8 large marshmallows

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the grill to medium-low temperature (also suitable residual heat emanating from a charcoal grill or from cooling gas grill).
- Break each Graham cracker transversely into 2 squares. While working at the same time as 1 or 2 s’more, place squares of cookies on piece of foil and put on top of a serving of chocolate with a pinch coarse salt. Leave on the edge of the grill until chocolate will not heat up and soften (about 30 seconds), so you get chocolate cookies.
- Place the chocolate cracker squares next to the grill (since toasted marshmallows will become soft and begin to drain from the skewer, it would be better if you put molten marshmallows right on prepared cookies). Working with several marshmallows at the same time, string them on a long fork or metal skewer and keep over the grill about 5 cm from the grill. Fry, turning periodically until marshmallow swells and does not get a golden brown color (1-2 minutes).
- How to make a dessert: Take 2 squares of Graham cracker in chocolate. Without removing the marshmallows from the skewers, place the marshmallows on cracker, and then using another piece of cracker, push down and remove from skewer.
