  1. Pour half a glass of warm water, add to the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes. In large capacity for the mixer add the egg (room temperature), hot milk, soft butter, a teaspoon of salt, sugar. Mix the ingredients on average speed.

  3. Next, we need to peel and grate the apples. Melt 40 g butter and 50 g sugar in a saucepan. Add apples and cook them, until they are caramelized (about 15 minutes).
  4. When the dough is ready, take it out of the container, roll it into rectangle and grease with melted butter. Sprinkle our dough a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. For sugar dough put apples. Twist the roll and cut it into pieces with a sharp knife, the parts should be about 5 cm wide.
  5. Put our buns on the greased parchment and leave for another 2 hours. When time has passed, send them to the oven at 20 minutes, turn on the oven 190 degrees.
  6. Make icing: mix cream cheese, icing sugar, 40 g oils, a pinch of salt and vanilla essence. Beat until creamy condition. Pour the finished cinnabons with icing.
