  • Wheat flour to sprinkle
  • 1 tsp cornmeal
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sahara
  • 3/4 Art. mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. finished filling left over after baking turkey or Chicken
  • 1 thigh of fried turkey or fried chicken legs
  • 1/4 Art. cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 Art. turkey or chicken meat sauce sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven and preheat up to 250 ° C.
  2. Roll out the dough onto a lightly sprinkled wheat flour surface in a round layer with a diameter of 30 cm. Sprinkle another baking tray 1/2 tsp corn flour and put on top a layer of dough. Grease the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sugar and the remaining 1/2 tsp cornmeal. Slide pizza onto a hot pan and bake until golden brown for 5 – 7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix mashed potatoes with 1/4 tbsp. cheese and milk. Roll meatball stuffing for stuffing turkey 2.5 cm in diameter. Cut the turkey meat with the skin.
  4. Cover the pizza with potato mixture, then lay the turkey meat. Pour cranberry and meat sauce. Put meatballs on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Return the pizza to the oven and continue to bake another 8 – 10 min
