  • 0.5 l apple cider
  • 60 ml. dark rum
  • 270 ml. apple or ginger tea bag
  • 45 gr. brown sugar
  • 2 clementines
  • 4 clove buds
  • 1 cinnamon stick, plus 6 sticks for decoration
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
  • 2 cardamom fruits
  • Cranberries for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour cider, rum and herbal tea into a wide pot. Add sugar and put the pan on low heat.
  2. Cut clementines in half and stick a clove with each half. Put the clementines in the pan. Break cinnamon sticks in half. Put cinnamon, bay leaf and cardamom in the pan. Heat the mixture to a boil. Turn off the fire like only the liquid begins to boil. Pour spiced cider over to serve heat resistant glasses with handles. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and cranberries.
