Then mix it with cream, vanilla and orange concentrate and freeze in an ice cream maker. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. l corn starch
- 1.5 tbsp. whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp. fat cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 Art. frozen orange juice concentrate, defrost
- 4 tsp grated orange peel

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and 0.5 Art. milk to a homogeneous mass. In a medium-sized saucepan, whisk sugar, eggs and salt. Stir in a mixture of starch and milk and 1 tbsp. the remaining milk. Shuffle everything until smooth consistency.
- Put the pan on a slow fire and cook, stirring, 7 – 8 minutes (do not boil), so that the cream thickens and covers the spoon. Strain the cream through a fine sieve into a bowl and place it in a large a bowl of ice water. Add cream and mix to cream has cooled down. Remove the bowl from the ice bath, stir in vanilla, concentrate orange juice and orange zest. Cover and place in fridge.
- Freeze the cream in an ice cream maker according to the instructions manufacturer. Put the ice cream in a pastry bag with a big nozzle with a star and squeeze into a glass.
