- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour
- 3/4 Art. cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. milk

Recipe preparation:
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla, until the mixture turns white, about 2 minutes.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. If cocoa powder with lumps, sift the dry ingredients, before adding them to the oil.
- Add dry ingredients to the oil mixture and mix. Add milk and mix again.
- Form two sausages 4 cm thick from the dough. wrap in cling film and place in a freezer at least on 1 hour
- Baking: Preheat oven to 180С and cover 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the dough sausage into 0.3 cm slices.
- Lay out circles of dough on baking sheets at a distance of 4 cm each from friend. Bake for 8 minutes, then swap pans, turning them 180 degrees. Bake another 2 minutes, or until cookies will not become dry and hard. You cannot control them by color, because they are very dark.
