Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. fat cream
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Unsalted butter
  • 1/3 Art. light brown sugar
  • 1/3 Art. light corn syrup
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • 225 gr. bitter or semi-sweet chocolate (or a mixture thereof), shredded
  • 1/4 Art. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a pan, mix the heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil on average stirring constantly. Add chocolate and cocoa powder, fire reduce to weak and cook, stirring 1-2 minutes, until chocolate will not melt, and the sauce will not become homogeneous.
  2. Add vanilla extract. Cool before serving. for 10 minutes. Cool completely for storage, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator. So the sauce can be stored for up to 2 weeks. Before preheat by feeding.
