- 1 3/4 Art. chocolate pudding mix recipe below
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. fat cream
- 1 tsp vanillin extract
Dry mix for chocolate pudding
- 85 g cocoa, approximately 1 tbsp.
- 55 g. Corn starch, approximately 0.5 tbsp.
- 170 g. Icing sugar, approximately 1.5 tbsp.
- 55 g. Nonfat dry milk powder, approximately 0.5 tbsp.
- 1 tsp salt

Recipe preparation:
- Place 1 3/4 Art. pudding mixes in a medium saucepan size. Add milk and cream, whisk. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, gently whisking. Reduce the fire to minimum and cook for 4 minutes, continuing to whisk. Remove the mixture from the heat. and add vanilla extract. Pass the resulting mass through sieve.
- Transfer the pudding to a serving bowl or serving a dish with a volume of 1000 – 1500 ml. Cover the surface of the food pudding film. Keep refrigerated for 4 hours until fully cooling.

In a large bowl or plastic container with a lid, mix cocoa, corn starch, sugar, milk powder and salt. Store in sealed container for a month.
