Chocolate Potato Chips

  • Sea salt to taste

Recipe preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Every 2/3 chips dip in melted chocolate, put on waxed paper and sprinkle with a small amount of grains of sea salt.
  2. Leave on for 2 hours at room temperature or for 15 minutes in refrigerator if you need to speed up the drying process of chocolate.
