The highlight of this recipe is the filling. She combines the sweetness of chocolate-nut paste, the juiciness of strawberries and the airiness of italian mascarpone cheese. Chocolate pancakes
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. milk at room temperature
- 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 Art. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter, cut into 12 cubes
Filling
- 1 tbsp. strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp. mascarpone room temperature
- 3/4 Art. chocolate nut paste

Recipe preparation:
- For pancakes: Mix eggs, milk, flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a blender or bowl. Beat with a blender or whisk to the state of a uniform test.
- Preheat a 25 cm pancake pan over medium-low heat. Melt 1 cube of butter in a pan. Add 1/4 tbsp. test and quickly tilt the pan to spread the dough into a uniform layer. Fry until tender, about 1 minute. Via heat-resistant shoulder blades gently flip the pancake. Cook more on for one minute. Repeat with remaining oil and the test.
- For the filling: Mix jam and mascarpone in a small bowl until smooth.
- Distribute 3 tbsp. l jam mixture on each pancake, leaving a few centimeters to the edge. Wrap two opposite edges each pancake inside and then roll up a tube. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Spread the pancakes on a plate.
- Preheat the chocolate-nut pasta in a saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until it warms up. Then spread it pancakes and serve.
