Chocolate pancakes with curd and strawberry stuffing

Chocolate pancakes

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk at room temperature
  • 1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 Art. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1/8 tsp sea ​​salt
  • 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter, cut into 12 cubes

Filling

  • 1 tbsp. strawberry jam
  • 1 tbsp. mascarpone room temperature
  • 3/4 Art. chocolate nut paste

Recipe preparation:

  1. For pancakes: Mix eggs, milk, flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a blender or bowl. Beat with a blender or whisk to the state of a uniform test.
  2. Preheat a 25 cm pancake pan over medium-low heat. Melt 1 cube of butter in a pan. Add 1/4 tbsp. test and quickly tilt the pan to spread the dough into a uniform layer. Fry until tender, about 1 minute. Via heat-resistant shoulder blades gently flip the pancake. Cook more on for one minute. Repeat with remaining oil and the test.
  3. For the filling: Mix jam and mascarpone in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Distribute 3 tbsp. l jam mixture on each pancake, leaving a few centimeters to the edge. Wrap two opposite edges each pancake inside and then roll up a tube. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Spread the pancakes on a plate.
  5. Preheat the chocolate-nut pasta in a saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until it warms up. Then spread it pancakes and serve.
