- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Unsalted butter
- 6 slices of cooked cake (cake recipe)

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, beat with a mixer at high speed for 3 minutes fat cream and 1/4 tbsp. chocolate syrup until thick foam. Clean the resulting mixture in the refrigerator. 6 strawberries set aside, peel the remaining berries from the tails and finely chop and mix them with sugar in a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave with a moderately strong power for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. 6dip the left berries in chocolate, put on a baking sheet and cool.
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat 2 Art. l (30 gr.) Butter. Add cupcake slices and sauté 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Wipe the pan and melt the remaining 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) butter. Add chopped strawberries and 1 tbsp. l water and cook for 2 minutes until the strawberries produce juice.
- Sprinkle each plate with chocolate syrup. Put on 1 a slice of cake. Put the chopped strawberries on top with the juice. Add a generous spoonful of chocolate cream and chocolate covered strawberries.
