Ingredients for the recipe:
- 0.5 tbsp. fat cream
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 2 tbsp. l cane sugar
- 2 tbsp. l corn syrup
- A pinch of salt
- 110 gr. chopped milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp. l cocoa powder
- 2-3 tbsp. l amaretto liquor
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Amaretti or other Italian shortbread cookies to dunk him into the resulting sauce

Recipe preparation:
- Bring to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan. heavy cream, butter, cane sugar, corn syrup and salt, constantly stirring with a whisk until the butter melts and sugar will not dissolve, about 3 minutes
