Difficulty: easy Servings: 10 – 12 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 350 gr chopped chocolate
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. (240 ml.) Very hot strong coffee
- 1 tbsp. fat cream
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara

Recipe preparation:
- Place chocolate in a blender, add eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Turn on the blender and mix until the chocolate is a lot crushed.
- Without turning off the blender, pour through the hole in the top hot coffee and mix until the chocolate melts and the mixture does not acquire a uniform consistency.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into cups or coffee cups and put in a cold place for 2 to 3 hours, until chocolate thickens.
- Whip cream with sugar and put on top of chocolate cream.
