Recipe preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries, but do not peel the leaves and stalks. Drain and completely dry. Put the chocolate in a heat-resistant a medium sized bowl. Pour water into a medium-sized pot about 5 cm. and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat, set the bowl of chocolate on the pan so that it melted away. Stir until smooth. When is chocolate will melt and become uniform, remove the bowl from the water bath. Cover the pan with parchment paper. Cooking tip: You can also melt chocolate in a glass bowl in microwave at high power for 60 seconds. Get out mix and microwave for another 10 seconds, until chocolate does not melt. Let the chocolate cool slightly and thicken.
  2. Taking the strawberry berry by the stalk, dip it in the lower half in melted chocolate. Turn the berry around you so that at the end a chocolate tail has formed. Put strawberries on parchment. Repeat the same with the remaining berries.
